Before Comcast Ventures
Prior to joining Genacast, Roger worked with a number of private equity and venture capital firms supporting investment diligence efforts with industry and technical knowledge. He also spent time at Google leading product efforts across Maps, Local AI, and Chrome. Roger began his career in software development and implementation at Deloitte and GE.
Roger holds a B.S. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Wharton
Roger got his start in venture capital by cold emailing DMX lyrics to a famous investor known for his love of rap music. To increase the odds of success without a warm intro, Roger recommends that entrepreneurs include their favorite rap lyric in their cold emails.
