At Comcast Ventures
Patricia oversees legal activities at Comcast Ventures for new portfolio investments, advising business personnel on structuring transactions, drafting and negotiating investment agreements and coordinating legal due diligence efforts. She also advises Comcast Ventures personnel on matters relating to existing portfolio companies and works with the management of portfolio companies on legal issues.
Before Comcast Ventures
Patricia has worked in various legal roles at NBCUniversal since 2001, and also currently serves as Vice President, Corporate Transactions of NBCUniversal, responsible for acquisitions, divestitures, investments, joint ventures and other corporate transactions. Patricia also supervises the emerging technology lawyers that are part of the NBCUniversal corporate legal team.
Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Patricia was an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, where her practice included venture capital and other private equity transactions.
Education and Extracurricular
Patricia graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School and received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
