At Comcast Ventures
Aditya focuses on technologies related to systems, cloud, networking, storage, mobile, semiconductors and cleantech. In addition to helping entrepreneurs build great companies, he is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, coordinating due diligence efforts and assisting in the negotiation and structuring of financial terms for new portfolio investments.
He also works with the management of Comcast Ventures portfolio companies on product management, business development and operations issues, and collaborates with various Comcast business units on issues relating to new services, technologies and start-ups.
Before Comcast Ventures
Aditya joined Comcast Ventures in 2012 with a background in product management, sales, marketing and business development. Aditya was a product manager at Enphase Energy (ENPH), a networked solar micro inverter company. At Enphase, Aditya managed development of the communications gateway, microinverter and a solar energy metering solution in collaboration with Silverspring Networks. Prior tot that, Aditya was a founder of Bitsplay Systems – a networking appliance company that that was optimized to stream video from data centers. He founded Bitsplay Systems while at Foundation Capital with his former colleagues from Cisco. Before that, he spent 5 years was a hardware engineer at Cisco Systems where he designed network processors, switch fabrics and embedded software for the Cisco CRS-1 and ASR-9000 routers.
Education
Aditya graduated with a MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business (honors). He also has a Master’s in Electrical Engineering (high honors) with and Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (magna cum laude).
Fun Fact
Aditya enjoys Crossfit, Snowboarding, rescuing German shepherds and traveling to one new country every year.
