 We look for investment opportunities in which three main criteria are met:
We work with our portfolio companies to create the best possible path to market success—by putting the resources of our Limited Partner to work on their behalf, and helping establish the key industry relationships through our vast networks.
 Initial investments typically range in size from $2 million to $15 million. We will consider investing in promising businesses at any point of development from seed through late stage. We seek a meaningful stake in our portfolio companies. We typically lead financing rounds and generally participate as a Director on the boards of our portfolio companies. We enjoy collaborating with management teams and other venture capital funds or strategic investors.  We offer entrepreneurs all the strengths of a strategic investor, including the resources and expertise of Comcast Corporation (which owns NBCUniversal). But, like a traditional or independent fund, we measure our success by the returns of our portfolio companies, so our interests are directly aligned with those of our entrepreneurs and co-investors, and we operate with speed and flexibility. Under Comcast Ventures umbrella, we've established the Catalyst Fund, an early stage investor in minority-led tech companies. We also partnered with Gil Beyda on seed fund opportunites via Genacast Ventures. |
